Product Manager

The Product Manager for integrated billing will be responsible for definition, roadmap, health and driving profitability of the integrated billing solution. Managing the offering throughout the product lifecycle as well as prioritization and grooming of the investment backlog. This position will have design oversight to ensure alignment to vision and will coordinate with strategic technology and services partners. This position will lead cross functional teams including Product Ownership, User Experience, Quality Assurance and Engineering to drive the execution of the product backlog.

This role also includes consultation and oversight with the Customer Development organization to ensure alignment with product direction where necessary.

Capabilities & Accountability:
Ship: Deliver an integrated billing solution including consolidated billing, leave of absence and COBRA billing
Solution expertise: Maintain clear definition of the market offering and represent Benefitfocus when that expertise is required Drive to success: Drive product investment that ensures alignment with market needs and problems to solve
Project & Business Management: Partner with Product Portfolio Managers for management and grooming of the roadmap
Management via Influence: Experience in managing virtual teams and driving cross-team performance to achieve stated goals,
Sales & Marketing Management: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop the positioning and messaging for the market Measures of Success.
Ability to ship new products and enhancements to existing tools
Ability to serve as SME for the Employer Consolidated Billing solution set
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with various audiences.
Ability to lead cross functional groups and executives
Ability to advocate for the customer
