Finance Coordinator

This position is responsible for various entry level accounting duties including different aspects of Accounts Payable: entering vendor invoices, uploading internal invoices into our financial system, keeping track of various invoices.

 This position is also responsible for the internal time reporting system. Responsibilities will include addressing employee questions, providing passwords, administration duties as they pertain to the system, following up with employees to ensure timesheets are submitted every week. 

The qualified candidate will train new employees on various internal processes: time sheet entry, time sheet approval, travel requests, expense reports, etc.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining new business and internal jobs.

Other duties will be assigned as time permits and will include compliance testing and data analysis.


Ideal candidate will be a college graduate that has some work experience in the accounting field.  BS in accounting or finance preferred.  Must have intermediate excel skills.
