Customer Success Specialist UAE
Your mission is to build strong professional relationships with dental professionals in different countries and ensure their journey with Align Technology is successful!
In this role, your primary focus will be:
- Building long-term relationships with doctors and dental practices
- Providing effective and efficient support to queries
- On- and off-site education about our products and services
- Increasing customers’ engagement and adoption
- Transforming customer feedback into improving efficiency
- Contributing consistently towards providing world-class customer experience
You will be working closely together with our Clinical Support, Marketing and Sales teams next to other internal departments as you are the first point of contact for all of our customer inquiries and requests - these can vary from business operations-related matters to basic clinical process questions received via phone, e-mail, or any other communication channel.
With your experience in an international, fast-paced and customer-based environment, you make sure the customer is always satisfied. You will do this by responding and interacting in a timely, patient, tactful and professional manner where you are always alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. This also means a great opportunity for you to contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer, improve productivity and customer experience; participate in activities and projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
We seek a Customer Success Specialist having:
- At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in a customer based or related environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a Windows environment where you worked with computer applications such as work processing, spreadsheet and database programs; experience with Salesforce.com and/or SAP would be considered as a significant plus
In addition to the above, you as a candidate have the ability to engineer world-class customer experience through strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills. You are a natural problem solver, a great team player, results driven, and contribute to the business’ growth consistently with creativity and collaboration. You are hungry to learn and develop, while effectively measuring and managing top performance.
