SUMMARY

The Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in driving customer success, optimization, utilization and upsell of new products and services by qualifying and nurturing our growing installed base

The Customer Success Specialist will orchestrate the overall relationship with assigned clients, upselling and retaining accounts while providing mentorship, planning, oversight and happiness

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Manages a territory and closes opportunities utilizing inbound calls and outbound telemarketing and cold calling to meet/exceed sales quota for the 1WorldSync portfolio of products
  • Understand and articulate a customer’s business and the impact 1WorldSync solutions have on their business objectives
  • Understands how our customers are utilizing 1WorldSync’s solutions and recommends additional products and services to increase their product content distribution
  • Manage customer lifecycle to ensure customer’s business goals are met and they realize value in their 1WorldSync suite of products
  • Work independently or in a team environment while staying focused and organized
  • Qualifies leads from lead list consisting of warm leads and cold call lists and drives leads through the sales pipeline
  • Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Ensure appropriate identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis are performed at all prospect levels, and demonstrates familiarity with the sales cycle
  • Support Professional Services with scoping and selling new service offerings and education and training
  • Responds to requests from customers for information and delivery of online presentations
  • Provides for closure and payment of fees on customer accounts
  • Maintain current functional knowledge of the 1WorldSync platform and future products and services
  • Effectively uses the company relationship management tool to enter all sales information and correspondence
  • Keeps current on competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in a sales or sales support role preferably inside sales, telemarketing and/or prospecting with account management responsibility.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires up to 5% travel.
