The role
Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for an Onsite Technical Lead to be part of our client’s journey.
Responsibilities
- ・Work with customer team and prepare Software Requirement
- ・To create overview and Detailed Design. Reviewing Design created by other teams.
- ・To review C++ code from point of view of efficiency, optimization. Should be able to explain code to other Senior leads in CMSC.
- ・Should grasp upon by self on VC++ and Medical domain
- ・No specific age limit/ Nationality consideration
- ・Should be able to communicate (spoken/ Written) in Japanese (Business level or up) and English (Business level or up)
Profile
Mandatory
Strong experience in software Application development. Using C++/ C#/ Java (object-oriented programming)
Open minded, flexible and ability to learn the medical domain and new technologies
Japanese language - Native level
English language – Conversational level (equivalent to TOEIC 650-700, English email writing)
Experience: 5+ Years
Preferred
Experience / knowledge in Windows Application Development
Experience / knowledge in Medical domain
English: Business level
Experience in managing the offshore team from Japan
Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer
