The position will report directly to the Global Procurement Director, working crossfunctionally within the organization and interacting with other business units as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft and revise a variety of contracts with Equipment Suppliers and with EPC Contractors.
Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
Meet with Equipment Suppliers and EPC Contractors to discuss both legal and business matters.
Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation and any contract related queries.
Maintain excellent working relationships with Suppliers and EPC Contractors to ensure our goals are met.
Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.

ESSENTIALPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Experience in contract management in English language including but not limited to planning, clauses, guarantees, penalties, claims, notices change orders... and contract negotiations.
Experience in contracting Equipment (especially Trackers, Inverters/MV Stations, Battery Energy Storage System) and dealing with supply contracts for solar photovoltaic plants.
Experience in Managing EPC Contracts
Experience in Insurance management, for Equipment supply, construction and operation.
Experience in leading RFPs, and negotiating contracts.
Experience in dealing with engineering claims.
Experience in dealing with Utilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese a definite plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or in Engineering with Post-Graduation or proven experience in related Contract Management field.
Minimum 5 years in a multi-disciplinary environment or in the renewable energy sector.
Availability to travel globally trough out the main PV markets as needed.
