We seek a creative individual who understands the importance of brand identity, collaboration, and quality work to join Cambridge Systematics (CS) as a Creative Document Specialist. The ideal candidate balances their creativity with sound technical skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applications, and holds an excellent standard of the English language. The Creative Document Specialist collaborates with experts locally and those in the firm’s 11 other offices across the country to perform final production and editing of compelling RFP responses, proposal text, and customer-facing reports. As the final reviewer on key documents, it’s within the Creative Document Specialist’s purview to ensure content is clear, the document is visually compelling, adheres to the corporate style, and meets client requirements.

The Creative Document Specialist is a member of the Cambridge Systematics’ Marketing & Communication (M&C) Team. M&C manages the firm’s brand, tells the company’s story, builds client awareness, helps facilitate the proposal process, and other aspects of business development. The Creative Document Specialist contributes to each of these areas and plays a key role in the firm’s standard of producing high-quality deliverables.

  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Formats a variety of products including reports, proposals, forms, executive summaries, and other correspondence while producing and editing firmwide standard figures and graphics such as project schedules, organization charts, and flow charts.
• Applies CS corporate production standards in punctuation, grammar, capitalization, spelling, hyphenation, and client-specific styles as required.
• Designs new Word templates to meet client needs.
• Coordinates multiple responsibilities and project timelines, balancing workload while demonstrating initiative, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Effectively communicates and collaborates with coworkers and clients to successfully meet work goals.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing demands while consistently producing high-quality work and pleasing the end client.
   
  
Position Requirements
• Earned a Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent standard of the English language including: grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Must be able to work full-time business hours in the Pacific time zone.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually
