What You'll Do

You will generate business opportunities in our geographic and vertical territories by utilizing CalTech’s proven sales process resulting in new business relationships. When you are ready, you will work opportunities on your own. You will team up with Business Development Executives on the larger or out-of-territory opportunities you generate. You will work with Marketing to create interest, and with Account Managers on select opportunities to increase services for existing clients. You will attend events within your territories - sharing CalTech’s value proposition, and related products and services. Scheduling sales appointments for the appropriate resources based on account complexity and our target customer profile will also be your responsibility. 

Job Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is intrinsically motivated and self-directed.  You will need to have excellent telephone etiquette and a professional phone voice; good communication skills including the ability to demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers.  Experience in marketing, lead generation, or prospect management is preferred, along with a desire to meet or exceed goals and quotas. 

Working Conditions

This position involves in-office work and travel for customer meetings, relationship development, training, events, and team meetings. Some after-business hours will be required, as well as the use of a personal vehicle for job-related travel with mileage reimbursement.
