Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a member of the Financial Cash Automation Team, activities and objectives will be focused on winning new strategic software, hardware, and services business. This individual will be responsible for closing new business sales by providing consultative sales support to Financial Institutions in an assigned region.  It will be necessary to participate and lead technical customer discussions with high level executives around branch transformation and cash automation. Position is a quota-carrying role with responsibility for working with customers and prospects for various software, services and hardware solutions.  The position is for a Territory Sales Executive for all of Burroughs Inc., this position will report directly to the Director of Financial Cash Automation Sales. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for the following responsibilities;

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying top prospects for cash automation solutions.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a technical manner with C-Level executives.
  • Developing customer specific value propositions, business cases, and ROI.
  • Breaking into new accounts that have had no prior business relationships.
  • Working with vendor partners and cross-functional teams to develop and execute solution strategies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four-Year College or University
  • Experience in, or selling to Financial Institutions preferred
  • Results driven, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict management & customer service skills.
  • Consultative/Solution Sales Experience
