Describe Day to Day Work

Perform phone support for Customers and Field Service Technicians.

Review service call histories to provide corrective actions for equipment with chronic problems.

Assist with parts identification, perform part number cross referencing, check part availability and perform parts ordering from FSL Choice locations.

Communicate effectively with Customers, Account Managers, Networks, and Field Technicians to troubleshoot and repair problems with equipment.

Education and Experience Required:

Field service experience on most ATM product lines.

Strong background in electronics, Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel, and PC hardware.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation and wiring diagrams.

Technical Skills Required (e.g. software applications, certifications, licenses, etc.)

Prefer 2 year Associates degree in Electronics and /or Computer Information Technology.

Behavioral Skills Required (competencies that are critical to accomplishing the work e.g. listening, initiative, etc.)

Candidate must possess strong communications skills and a high level of patience in order to assist customers and field technicians with on-site troubleshooting and repairs.
