Position Overview:
Bulletproof is looking for a Director of Amazon & Marketplaces to work closely with the cross-functional Bulletproof team on a day-to-day basis to ensure all company marketplace goals are met.  Reporting to the VP of Amazon & Marketplaces, in this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with multiple marketplace accounts (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, iHerb and Target) and responsible for ecommerce marketplace sales, marketing and promotional activities, and logistics that increase the exposure and promotion of the Bulletproof brand and partners online. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • In partnership with the Director of Amazon, act as liaison between respective brand, sales, marketing finance, operations and growth teams.
  • Manage the implementation of marketing calendars to align with omni-channel and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with catalog assortment, pricing and category analysis.
  • Assist with creative direction for our marketplace channels.
  • Manage relationships, reporting and budgets with 3rd party vendors.
 
Qualifications: 
  • At least 8 years of experience in Amazon/Marketplaces/Ecommerce.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
  • Experience with Walmart.com, Target.com and iHerb.
  • Experience prioritizing and delivering on multiple initiatives based on business needs.
  • Knowledge of Channel P&L Management.
  • Establish and maintain the annual financial plan, forecasting results based on current performance and future investments.
  • Strong data analysis skills, comfortable pulling needed data and telling a story around product and Amazon performance.
  • Experience building and managing a 12-month forecast for respective channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to motivate and get results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to conduct simultaneous communication with all levels, across multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to formulate and provide regular updates on strategy, execution, and results to stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors.
  • A self-starter with the ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed.
  • Excellent sense of agility in working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Detailed-oriented, flexible, and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
 
Annual base salary gross: $145,000 - $155,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.  The base salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
