Position Summary     

In accordance with the Buckman North American Mission and Fundamentals support Buckman North America and Buckman International by managing environmental compliance for the Cadet Site. Support sustainability and continuous improvement and risk management programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and corporate environmental requirements.     

      

In accordance with the Buckman Code of Ethics, Environmental Philosophy/ Principles/Policy, and Safety Mission/Principles/Policy, supports Buckman North America by managing efforts that:     

  • Ensure compliance with national and international Hazardous Materials Transportation requirements affecting land, water, and air transportation of Buckman North America originating materials.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing the Cadet, MO facility operation.
  • Maintain ISO 14001 registration standards and support ISO 9001 and 45001 registration. 
  • Support safety compliance programs at the Cadet manufacturing facility and corporate offices/labs.

Essential Job Responsibilities     

  • Provide technical leadership, grow talent and cross-train
  • Demonstrating effective project management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper communication and solid data driven reporting
  • Working effectively with all R&D/ TS, CS, and Sales teams/departments
  • Making decisions in light of what is best for Buckman and customer
  • Ensuring report quality meets/exceeds customer expectations
  • Ensuring report turnaround time meets/exceeds customer expectations
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service and prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Support and grow innovative opportunities
  • Master formulator

      

      

Essential Job Requirements     

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Proficient in formulation work and associated test methods is preferred
  • Ability to communicate well, strong in building teamwork, provide excellent customer service, financial acumen
