Enterprise Sales Executive (German Speaking) - Berlin
Brandwatch is a market leading provider of social media intelligence; our enterprise social intelligence platform helps brands extract business-changing insights from social conversations. We count one third of the Fortune 100 on our client list, with top brands like Uber, Samsung, BBC, Unilever, British Airways, ASOS and IKEA all benefiting from actionable insights generated by harnessing the power of Brandwatch. We envisage more top brands benefiting from embedding Brandwatch into their businesses, helping them bring social data into the heart of what they do. This is where you come in.
As a Brand Sales Executive at Brandwatch you’ll be responsible for closing all the qualified pipeline our Business Development Representatives create. They ask insightful questions to understand a prospect's needs, which you will then follow up and with the help of one of our solutions consultants build a personalised demo. Once you have provided a quote it’s all about the close.
We are looking for experienced sales people with proven enterprise sales experience. If you have sold software to brands before this is pretty much a slam dunk, but if you’ve sold something else and want to come across to selling a SaaS product then you’ll need to articulate how it’s different and how you’ll make the change easily. We always want to hear from dedicated sales people and have a wide variety of roles to suit people at different stages in their career from inside sales roles through to strategic leads all to help maximize the DACH sales revenue.
A little more about you: You’ve always been good at understanding people, you have a drive in you that makes you want to be the best at what you do and you revel in a challenge. Don’t think twice about learning more, one conversation could convince you that this is the role for you.
We asked Jonny, one of our team members, what a typical day at Brandwatch was like in the Brand sales team:
“I love working on the Brandwatch sales team for a variety of reasons.
One of the big reasons is that no two opportunities are ever the same. Every day I get to work with some of the biggest and most exciting brands on the planet, picking apart their problems and thinking creatively about how our solutions can fix those problems.
I also get to work with some incredibly smart people across the business which has allowed me to develop in a way that was lacking in previous sales roles i've held. One of the most important things for me is growing and progressing in my career and Brandwatch has presented me with opportunities I wouldn't have thought were possible a few short years ago.”
Further to that another colleague Natascha from the BDR team added that
“Brandwatch has a very dynamic culture, in which every day is different enabling you to learn something new. Working as a BDR, we work closely together with the Sales team. This means sharing knowledge and working as a team to pass over the perfect opportunity for you to close!”
If you’ve read this far it’s worth sending in your CV. Go on, nothing stopping you. We’ll be in touch to organise quick telephone interviews first to see if you have the right stuff while giving you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Easy. We’ll look forward to receiving your application.
