We are looking for a London-based Regional Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a Sales Development team covering our EMEA sales organization.  This person will be responsible for making sure the team has the tools it needs to be successful, for raising ideas to the Senior leadership team that will increase results, for the coaching and development of the team, and for building relationships with the sales and marketing organizations.    

This candidate must have experience hiring, building personal development plans, building relationships and managing a quota carrying organization.  The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound sales development as well as direct sales experience. The ideal candidate has experience reporting, developing a team, following a sales methodology, and acting as a coach. 

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  •     Hands on coaching
  •     Developing relationships with sales and marketing
  •     Reporting and analyzing results
  •     Help hire, retain, train, and attract new employees
  •     Help building individual development plans

  

We are seeking:

  •     3+ years experience in management, sales, sales development
  •     College Degree
  •     Experience in the tech industry
  •     Experience starting, growing and developing teams
  •     Success hitting quota/metrics
  •     Able to multitask
  •     Highly organized
  •     Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives Ability to manage both individual contributors as well as managers
