Position Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll and Benefits, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payrolls including the maintenance of the payroll register and payslip.

Position Status: Full Time - Hybrid
Hours of Work - Monday - Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm & Thursday - Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm
Department: Finance-Payroll
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000Php/Month

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits this position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payrolls including the maintenance of the payroll register and pay slip.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Process and input semi-monthly payrolls for salaried employees, including taxable benefits, Philippine government statutory contributions, annual bonus payments and other special payments as required in accordance with established company practices and procedures.
  • Process other full cycle payroll activities and benefits administration.
  • Process benefit enrolments and relevant deductions
  • Communication with employees, management and payroll team.
  • Monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting
  • Work with Payroll Manager on system upgrades, testing, automation of manual processes as well as continuous improvements and efficiencies
  • Performs other duties as required
 Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable in SSS, HDMF, PHIC contribution computation and BIR tax compliance. ADP’s WorkforceNow (WFN) is a bonus but not required.
  • 2-3 years demonstrated experience in full cycle payroll (salary & hourly) working with large payrolls of 500+ employees’.
  • At least 1 year experience handling payroll for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
  • 1-2 years experience in benefit administration.
  • Knowledgeable of Excel formulas
  • Knowledgeable of related government legislation but not limited to DOLE’s holiday premium and OT computation.
