JOB TITLE: Mailroom Coordinator
LOCATION: Arlington, TX
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Internal Services
WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the coordination and distribution among departments of the incoming and outgoing mail, mail automation production, mailing and assembly.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate the work efforts of mailroom, including prioritization of projects and answering customer questions
- Manage all postage equipment and maintain in good working order
- Keep an accurate log of all department’s postage cost, reconciling accounts daily/weekly/monthly
- Performs mail duties including addressing mailings, sorting/delivery of incoming and processing outgoing mail
- Schedules and oversees projects and mailings
- Maintains needed inventory
- Complete daily reporting logs for projects/mailings
- Complete end of month reporting for charge back system and includes entering of invoices for projects
- Train temporary help as required for projects
- Assist with incoming/outgoing shipments- UPS, FedEx, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer-service oriented work approach to fulfill employees’ work-related needs
- Ability to learn and adhere to postal regulations (experience is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize work and perform well under pressure
- Ability to work without close supervision and to set one’s own priorities
- Ability to drive the company van for work-related needs
- Ability to be in contact with cleaning solvents when cleaning equipment
- Must be able to move/lift up to 35lbs
- Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years’ experience computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Must be adaptable and flexible
