Description

Responsibilties:

  • Responsible for HR Technology projects and ongoing system management
  • Partner with the Manager, HR Technology and People Team to deliver efficient business processes and elevate the user experience
  • Proactively contributes and executes the HR Technology strategy and roadmap
  • Executes and manages multiple projects simultaneously through the entire project lifecycle
  • Creates process improvement through the evaluation and documentation of process flows
  • Elicits requirements and translates this into functional/technical requirements
  • Supports the Analyst, HR Technology in day-to-day activities and issues
  • Analyzes stakeholders’ requirements and supports the management and implementation of change/enhancement requests
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues and resolves or escalates as appropriate
  • Creates ad hoc reports and provides analytics as needed
  • Executes the approach for implementing releases and system enhancements
  • Responsible for creating test strategies and execution of testing for projects, releases and enhancements
  • Supports the management and maintenance of integrations via Boomi, SF Integration Center and Intelligent Services
  • Builds relationships with other members of the People Team and stakeholders and supports them from a technical perspective
  • Supports and recommends practices to ensure data integrity
  • Recommends and implements improvements to HR Technology processes to improve efficiency
  • Provides system support to other systems administrators and the People Team
  • Stays up to date on system upgrades, releases and new functionality

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional technical skills
  • Knowledgeable of HR information systems and report writing tools
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to analyze data and detect meaningful trends and patterns
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to see big picture while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently, multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines within an entrepreneurial team and customer-focused work environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate time management finesse while taking on projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users with limited technical knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with SuccessFactors
  • Degree in human resource management, computer information systems, or similar, preferred
  • HR certification desirable (SPHR/PHR, SHRM-SCP/CP)
