Duties

  • Provide first level support to end users; triage requests; escalate to other team members; follow up with end users to ensure their issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ownership of the onboarding and offboarding process for Global Commercial organization; managing distribution lists
  • Administering access and provide end-user training for CRM, PowerBI and other business applications within Commercial organization
  • Ensure reports data is accurate; research and address any data discrepancies
  • Monitor and dispatch urgent messages via distribution list/shared mailbox
  • Maintain and administer the existing reporting environment, including scheduling, distribution, managing permissions, and updating reports
  • Monitor and maintain various operational and production processes
  • Assisting in activities (which are not limited to), extraction of data, data manipulation and cleaning of data, and continuous improvement of sales data reports to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Support new applications and systems, including working with business units, researching solutions, coordinating internal and external resources, creating documentation, and managing rollout
  • Work with business units to identify and resolve issues impacting business processes

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience working within a Business Intelligence/Analytics/CRM environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Oracle BI or similar BI tools
  • Thorough research, problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive “can-do” attitude with demonstration of appropriate urgency and initiative
  • Detail-oriented, producing high quality work
  • Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Strong SQL skills; understanding of data warehousing principals and relational databases
  • Experience writing technical documentation and user guides; ability to present in front of an audience, providing end-user training and support
  • A strong voice for data integrity and reporting quality utilizing best practices and industry standards; detail-oriented and organized
  • Driven and accountable self-starter, with ability to identify and communicate priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced industry at a rapidly growing organization
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Automation experience is a plus
