Description

Primary Duties

  1. Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  2. Create Service contracts in SAP.
  3. Ensures all required documentation is received before inputting service contracts in SAP.
  4. Create the billing plans for Service contracts.
  5. Support Service Sales through the timely and accurate entry of Bookings Packages.
  6. Support Service Sales through the timely and accurate completion of Service History Reports as required.
  7. Support Service Sales through timely and accurate report creation and reconciliation as required.
  8. Maintain customer records in Service Agreements database.
  9. Administer contract entitlements creation and billings in ERP system with high accuracy.
  10. Resolve service contract billing disputes as required.
  11. Manage extended warranties email inbox.
  12. Manage technical objects within the service contracts.
  13. Assist with internal and external audits as required.
  14. Assist with month end and year end close activities and related journal entries as required.
  15. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Training & Education

Associate’s degree in business or equivalent work-related experience is required. A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.

 

Experience
Minimum of two years accounting experience; preferably in a contract management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  1. Proficient with Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Effective organization, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
  4. Understanding of general accounting principles, to include debits, credits, fixed asset accounting and general ledger account reconciliations.
  5. Data analysis skills including exporting/importing data, data reporting in excel and ERP.

 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods
