Description
- Manage the deployment of communication plans, based on the global marketing strategy, including omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the implementation of a coherent online and offline customer journey that is aligned with the commercial strategy.
- Create and manage tactics aligned to the marketing strategy of Clinical Operations: from writing the brief to delivery, including recommendations, and managing the implementation with agencies. Matching the tool/format/content to the tactical objective is one of the cornerstones of the Global MarCom project manager's responsibilities, with the ultimate goal of creating an optimal customer experience.
- Manage time, budget, and human resources (i.e. coordination of internal contacts and external agencies) per project and work in agile mode to streamline resource deployment.
- Involve and support Regions & Countries to optimize operational execution:
- Collaborate to gain business insights, maximize adoption, and plan local content adaptation as early as possible.
- Provide them with tools to meet their localization needs (content, assets that meet their local regulations)
- Train and support the regions and countries in the deployment of their campaigns or the creation of local variations.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications / marketing
- Minimum 5 years' experience in communications and/or marketing in a large corporate environment or advertising agency.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management experience in a sales and/or marketing environment is required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital activation campaigns: database deployment with drip campaigns, content deployment on social media, media buying, etc. is required.
- Experience in the field of diagnostics / life sciences within a commercial organization, is preferred.
- Extensive experience in product launches in an international, matrix environment is preferred.
- Experience working with international contacts - taking cultural differences into account is preferred
