Position Summary: 

Create and maintain site project plans using CAD programs. Assist in the operation and maintenance of major building systems that provide required site services and critical utilities.  Support departmental objectives, ensuring that facilities are maintained and conditioned as needed to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and enable the effective and efficient performance of business operations.    

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Using CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit), is responsible for creating and maintaining various site project plans.
  • Coordinate project reviews, submittals, proposals and other project related documentation.
  • Develop and track project schedules, providing external communication as directed.
  • Support project related financial processes, PO’s, invoicing, etc.
  • Assist with other special projects as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate current site drawings, and archives.

Education, Skills, & Experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in Facility Maintenance OR
    • Associates degree with 0 years of experience preferred
  • Experience with BM RAM, JCI Metasys, SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, work orders, and HVAC, electrical and plumbing schematics is preferred.
