Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Perform work in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. Responsible for the physical movement, support, and administrative tasks involved in receiving, shipping, storing, and support of all material types. Specifically in material replenishment support of all departments. This role will also be responsible for the real time electronic transactions in various Warehouse Management software.

Main Accountabilities:

Receives and processes product from manufacturing or suppliers. Ensures parts are properly identified and labeled.

Pulls and packs product orders to ensure accuracy and efficiencies. Check and verify lot numbers; package weights and prepares carrier documentation.

Stocks product after approval for use in a manner to maintain 5S, inventory accuracy and safety.

Counts physical inventory of all raw materials and finished goods in the warehouses and suggest new orders when needed.

Ensure high level of accuracy with logging, labeling, tracking, and entering material lot information into Warehouse Management software.

Maintains warehouse and work areas following 5S principles; participates 5S audits as needed.

Follows all departmental and company safety policies including maintaining warehouse and work areas following 5S principles.

Identifies areas that need improvement within the department to assist in maximizing accuracy, minimizing errors and increasing inventory accuracy of all parts processed.

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: 

Education and Experience

          High School Diploma

          1 year experience in material handling and inventory management required.

Skills and Qualifications:

          Demonstrates an understanding of all warehouse functions.

          Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

          Must be able to operate material handling equipment
