OUR OFFER:
- Highly competitive salary of £15.42 - £16.67 p/hour + tips (that's up to £41.5K per year!)
- Full time role
- 2 consecutive days off per week

YOUR MISSION:
- You will be part of a BIG Kitchen team!
- You will manage your section and be responsible for the quality and speed of the service
- You will contribute to the performance of the kitchen (assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the hygiene compliance, orders, inventory, changes of menu)
- You will be the main actor of team's training and cohesion

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine is required
- English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
