Join our FLOOR TEAM as WAITER/WAITRESS! The squadra is growing, and we are looking for very talented people ready for a big challenge: The Best Customer Experience Ever!

LOCATIONS: Gloria (EC2A 3QR), Circolo Popolare (W1T 1HX), Ave Mario (WC2E 8QG), Jacuzzi (W8 4SH) or Carlotta (W1U 5JX)

WAITER/WAITRESS

OUR OFFER:

• Highly competitive salary of up to £18,00 p/hour + tips depending on sales 
• Full time role (45 hours on average per week, fully flexible availability is required) 
• 2 consecutive days off per week

YOUR MISSION:

• You embody the Big Mamma values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
• Guarantor of the quality of service on the floor: you ensure a "Big Mamma style" service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimization of table rotation.
• Guarantor of the well-being of the guests during their time with us: you will ensure a warm welcome and contribute to offering the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
• Guarantor of the optimization of the average ticket: you will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the new team members.

• Boundless passion for pasta, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as runner, waiter/waitress, f&b assistant, waiting staff is required
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
