Big Ass Fans, creator of the world’s finest products and most effective comfort solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead exciting new product initiatives, working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, sourcing, manufacturing, and other teams to assure products launch on time, on budget, and deliver the quality, performance, and durability, for which Big Ass Fans is known.  Do you dream of turning innovative ideas into state-of-the-art products? Responsibilities   
    
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept ideation, through development, to launch, and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and create the product specification, project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings, driving all project deliverables, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, providing clear and concise updates and driving decision making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BAF processes, documentation, and workflows to maximizing team efficiency.
     
Requirements      
  
  • Some project management experience preferred, up to 1 to 3 years (New product development experience most relevant)
  • BS degree in engineering field preferred & PMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a talent for problem-solving and proactive thinking
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Self-starter, able to work effectively with a team, and independently, and with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and/or Google Suite, with some familiarity with project management scheduling software preferred (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Wrike etc.)
  • Ability to travel (10% of the time)
