Big Ass Fans is searching for a Business Development Representative to help make the world safer, healthier, and more productive! This is a great position to start your sales career at Big Ass Fans, as you will engage with new customers and untapped markets, but you will also learn about our products inside and out! Responsibilities           

  • Proactively call on new and existing customer leads in assigned territories to introduce Big Ass Fans products and generate new business & substantiate the value proposition of the organization. 
  • Capable of explaining and demonstrating the products, services and prices of Big Ass fans. 
  • Ability to achieve and exceed monthly, weekly, and daily quotas set forth by company leadership. 
  • Curate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and contacts. 
  • Ability to document and maintain all sales activities within the company CRM.
  • Willingness and ability to process multitudes of information, including key contact information, customer feedback, organizational hierarchies and key decision makers to increase lead conversion. 
  • Capable of multitasking to enter information into Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, company CRM and specific forms or files from recorded material, handwritten pages and printed documents. 
  • Potential for part-time travel based on company need.   

Requirements            

  • BA or BS preferred, but not required 
  • Previous business development experience a plus 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus 
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment 
  • Achieve or exceed daily metrics in place for the specified role 
  • Superb communication skills are a must 
  • Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
