ABOUT A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage a variety of warehouse activities, such as dock management, warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring accuracy and picking standards are being met by all Team Members.  They may also assist with outdates and breakage, receiving and stocking as time allows.    

Strong candidates are able to:

• Effectively communicate with the Load Crew TM's on goals and performance: encourage, excite and engage the team in order to improve communication and retention
• Maintain dock management and effective workflow throughout the loading process
• Utilize computer technology along with the Warehouse Management System to get the job done

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU:

• Have a 2-year Associates Degree in related field
• Have previous warehouse/picking experience (required)
• Can regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
• Can repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse
• Can safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, walkie riders, and pallet jacks

HOURS: Full time (2nd shift)

• Monday-Friday, 12:00PM to completion
• On Fridays our team is done earlier in the evening
• NO WEEKENDS!
