We are a family-owned company and we are a wholesale distributor of Pepsi products, beverages, fountain drinks, beer, vending products, and food services in central MN and western WI. ABOUT A ROUTE ASSISTANT: “Typical day” “What you’re getting into”

Route Assistants provide our Drivers with assistance during their routes and customer deliveries, working together and partnering as a TEAM! Route Assistants make sure our beverage products get unloaded off the truck and into our customer locations. By restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product, Route Assistants neatly organize store shelves and cooler spaces.  Route Assistants mainly ride along with one of our Drivers, but there may be times you are responsible for your own transportation to and from locations. Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well. We not only want you to grow with us; we want you to help us grow too! Strong candidates:

• Have Valid Driver’s License
• Have Driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product about

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work well independently and as a team
• Effectively communicate with Drivers and customers

HOURS: Full-time

• Four, 10-hour days
• 5:00AM-route completion
• Most routes are Tuesday-Friday, some schedules vary

• Proper uniforms and apparel to wear
• Access to complimentary pop, water, and coffee during their shifts
• Team Members can earn discounts on Bernick’s products, gift cards, and branded apparel
