Digital Marketing Director
The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for building and managing the digital marketing team, leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign creation through implementation execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization by ensuring alignment and integration with company objectives.
Essential Function:
- Builds, leads, and manages a team of digital marketers.
- Sets digital marketing KPIs and monitors the teams progress to meet set objectives.
- Sources and works closely with digital agencies/vendors to ensure strategies and expectations are clearly outlines and communicated.
- Monitors competitive landscape and refines strategies to maintain / gain competitive advantage.
- Plans and manages budget for department and consults on individual digital marketing spends by center or service line allocation.
- Collaborates closely with internal teams to support the creation of engaging, impactful digital content across diverse platforms.
- Works congruently with contact center departments to track lead generation and opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online traffic, elevate brand visibility, and drive lead generation.
- Analyzes performance metrics to derive insights and refine strategies for ROI as well as identifying opportunities for the operational team for improvement.
- Manages weekly and monthly audits across all digital platforms.
- Analyzes website metrics and suggests solutions to boost web presence and page rank with an emphasis on local search.
- Organizes and manages the responsibilities associated with the Digital Governance Committee.
- Works in collaboration with the Information Technology Department in regard to digital marketing security measures and ownership of company domains.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and building engaging websites with CRO strategies that drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study
- Experience working and partnering with digital agencies.

- Experience in web design.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional growth; ability to build consensus across cross-departmental teams.
- Excellent analytical ability with a skill for converting data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Must be a self-starter, creative, organized, proactive individual able to manage multiple projects, in a multi-faceted matrixed organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, LinkedIn and SEO software and tools
- Experience managing and / or consulting on PPC/ digital paid advertising campaigns as well as a working knowledge of call tracking and Salesforce applications. 11. Initial and on-going MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMark’s policy F&A-115.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
