Position at Mahajan Therapeutics

The Residential Home Aide is responsible for the observation and monitoring of residents of the sober living home and facilitates houses meeting and group activities. Maintains direct communication with residents within the sober living community to ensure a successful transition to post-treatment living. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor of Residents during assigned hours.
  • Ensuring all house rules and chores are followed.
  • Responsible for house inventory.
  • Regular reporting to AOD staff and program regarding house and clients there.
  • Develop and enforce house rules for residents.
  • Maintain and enforce clean and ethical housing standards for recovery success.
  • Coordinate treatment groups and facilitate appointment linkage.
  • Contraband checks
  • Incident reports
  • Monitoring resident taking their medications.
  • Working with clinical team.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:     
  • High school diploma or GED with 6 months behavioral health experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
