Location: Reading

 

Your responsibilities

  • 1st to 3rd level support for top global customers
  • Independent handling of complex support requests
  • Remote support of customers and partners
  • Close collaboration with other departments and worldwide locations

 

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical education (degree or similar)
  • Good knowledge and experience in the field of network / IT security and / or data protection
  • Certifications in the areas of security, networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are an advantage
  • Experience in Data Protection (backup systems, e-mail archiving, etc.) is an advantage
  • VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, as well as Exchange and SQL advantageous
  • Experience in the field of Linux Command Shell beneficial
  • Experience in SW Testing and SW Development is an advantage
  • Structured and independent working style
  • High level of customer and service orientation
  • Good English language, additional European languages also beneficial.
