We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer who can join our cross functional Agile team. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative cloud security products that help protect our customers’ sensitive information. This role works closely with Product and Development team to understand the requirements and implement/extend the functionality with high quality standards. You will contribute and help in quickly delivering reliable and effective products to our customers.
Tech Stack Exposure:
Must have:
- Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure
- CI/CD: GitHub/GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation
- Product Technology: AWS/Azure (Server & Serverless), ECS/ Kubernetes, Docker
- Programming Languages: Java
- Monitoring: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Kibana/Grafana
- Data Storage: AWS S3, Elasticsearch
- Database: DynamoDB/Casandra, MySQL
- Streaming/Messaging Queues : Kafka, SQS, SNS
- Caching: Redis, Hazlecast
Good to have:
- Application Development: Retool for building internal tools
- Identity Management: LDAP, MS AD, OAuth2
- Email security domain knowledge
What you’ll be working on:
- Develop Software: Build solutions using Java, AWS, Kafka and NoSQL/SQL databases.
- Team Collaboration: Gather requirements, define specs, and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional teams.
- CI/CD Implementation: Use DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Stay Current: Update on AWS, Java, and DevOps trends for innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve technical issues for application stability.
- Optimize: Improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Document: Maintain technical documentation and user manuals
What you bring to the role:
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/ Masters or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in software development with AWS, Java, and DevOps.
- AWS Skills: Experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, ECS, CloudFormation, Terraform.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- DevOps: Skilled in CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Certifications: AWS certifications are a plus.
