Essential Duties and Responsibilities

seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience ideally within the medical device,
pharmaceutical, and/or biotechnology sectors. This position will act as the backbone of the project management team and keep the job on track. Great attention to detail and the ability to organize and plan will ensure success in this position.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead the construction and commissioning of large-scale facilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Maintain strong professional communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate a "team attitude," being self-motivated and ready to assist across different groups and projects as needed.
    • Employ entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and dynamism to drive project success.
    • Manage and lead a diverse team, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and general line management.
    • Handle revenue, resource allocation, and prioritization to meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Engage in business development activities, enhancing relationships with existing clients and cultivating new opportunities.
    • Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business dealings and interactions.

    Qualifications:
    • University degree in Construction Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in project delivery, preferably in the life sciences sector.
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects, especially in manufacturing facilities such as laboratories.
    • Comprehensive knowledge in areas such as automation, construction quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, and scheduling.
    • Experience with utilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and clean utilities essential for life sciences facilities.
    • Previous experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $75 million.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Expertise in designing and integrating facility utilities that comply with life sciences regulatory standards.
    • Proficiency in managing utility systems critical to product quality and production efficiency in life sciences environments.
    • Ability to oversee the implementation and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance..
