Your Mission 

As an Executive Recruiter, your mission is to attract, source, and hire A players to join the Autocar team using your full life cycle recruiting skillset. 

Key outcomes you’ll achieve: 

• Understand the overall company structure, the goals and challenges of each business unit and what it looks like to be a successful Autocar employee.
• Attract and seek top talent who fit our specific culture from both inside and outside the Heavy-Duty truck industry.
• Teach our culture by embracing and understanding it and bringing in candidates who can be flexible in our fast-paced environment.
• Engage others-internally and externally-as knowledge sources to continue to learn and become effective at finding the right people for Autocar.
• Develop and maintain a pool of top talent as well as build and maintain a network with A players and sources with whom beneficial collaborations are possible.
• Learn about our industry and competitors.
• Follow all established processes and procedures and educate hiring managers on the importance of following them as well.

The Skills you bring to the table: 

• Proactive and outcome driven to get things accomplished in an entrepreneurial environment.
• The ability to check your ego at the door.
• Proven success managing multiple roles utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.

Your background includes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous 

Where will you work? This position will be based at Autocar headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama
