Description

What will you do? As a Field Service Tech, you will be assigned a territory of customers that will require travel on a weekly basis to support all aspects of service for dealerships and customers. You will ensure satisfaction with service work by assisting customers and dealers with troubleshooting and repairing service related problems. In addition, you will assist in developing corrective action plans with assigned customers to close any service delivery gaps identified, track, report and follow-up on product and technical issues for customers, and give customers recommendations on improving fleet health as needed based on customer PM practices. Other responsibilities include developing and managing strong relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and maintaining customer confidence in the Autocar product as well as other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be a part of our team?

Any sort of Degree in a technical field that applies to our industry

Three to five years’ experience in heavy duty truck or automotive environment
Self-starter
Strong analytical and time management skills
Quick learner who requires minimal supervision and possesses good problem solving skills
Team player with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
