What will you do? As a Regional Business Manager you will be part of a dynamic sales organization representing a superior product.  You will be responsible for supporting our sales strategy at the site level developing, and executing sales strategies with fleet, private and municipality channels on a Regional basis.  You will visit predefined accounts and share the Autocar value proposition, our service and parts’ benefits in an effort to support existing accounts and convert Legacy accounts; selling direct to the end user.  This role will be focused on profitable growth and increased market share of this rapidly growing business sector.


The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of Business to Business sales in goal driven structured selling environment. Ideal candidates will be self-starters, intellectually curious, entrepreneurial and operate with the highest ethical standards.   


What does it take to be a part of our team?

       Bachelor’s degree

       At least 3-5 years B2B sales experience

       Ability to cold call, make presentations, close sales

       Skilled relationship builder

       Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and CRM a necessity

       Ability to travel extensively (44 weeks out of the year)

      Strong work ethic, desire to work hard, strive for results and win.


■  Quick learner who requires minimal supervision and possesses good problem solving skills

  Team player with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills


Location: Territory: NorthwestWA, OR, WY, ID, MT, ND, SD, NE.  Candidate must currently reside within the territory.  Regional Business Manager will be based out of their home office; with frequent trips to Hagerstown, IN  Headquarters, but will be on the road the majority of the time.
