Direct Mail Marketing Manager

Now seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Direct Mail Marketing Manager who would be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of corporate direct response marketing activities and programs.

Job Duties:

  • Organize and coordinate all aspects of direct mail campaigns and programs
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables
  • Collect and analyze KPI’s (such as response rate, acquisition cost and MROI) of all campaigns
  • Implement marketing activities and programs through close coordination with internal team and third party vendors
  • Coordinate database and list management activities for all direct marketing initiatives
  • Develop marketing reports relating to the success of assigned marketing campaigns
  • Establish routines for designing or re-designing existing marketing material in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with external vendors to produce and execute marketing campaigns in a timely fashion
  • Manage production, set-up and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate planning and budgeting records for all historical and current campaigns

  • Direct Response and Direct Mail experience highly preferred
  • Ability to collect, compile, and analyze complex data to develop and communicate recommendations
  • Significant marketing campaign tracking experience
  • Comfortable with high-level of A/B and Champion/Challenger testing plans
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow based on the company's priorities and strategic goals
  • Ability to successfully manage a number of priorities simultaneously, while meeting established goals and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry marketing practices, data sources, and agency resources
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, including Pivot Tables
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools
  • College degree preferred
