Our Retention Specialists are an integral part of our team. In this role, our Specialists are responsible for interacting with our customers over the phone regarding their Vehicle Service Contract. This includes reselling and re-educating the consumer on the value of their Vehicle Service Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to  inquiries from customers regarding their Vehicle Service Contract
  • Resell the product to customers, educate on the benefits of the policy
  • Provide information, support and counseling to clientele in a professional manner
  • Demonstrates superior product knowledge
  • Possess the ability to communicate to customers the value of our products
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the Vehicle Service Plan industry required (Sales or Customer Service)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, adaptable to new concepts and exhibit a strong initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Results oriented
