AutoAssure IT Help Desk/Office Administrative Assistant

 

AutoAssure, a Vehicle Service Contract sales company is growing! We have the immediate need for an IT Help Desk employee that will also provide administrative and office support. We are looking for a “Go Getter” to join our team. AutoAssure is committed to creating and maintaining an enjoyable work environment for our employees. Our Help Desk/Office Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in ensuring that commitment is achieved.

 

Help Desk Duties Include:

 

  • Provide first and second level of support on field IT technical problems
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents including PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, and applications
  • New hire setup
  • Provide management with weekly status report
  • Provide dedicated PC support for departments and special projects
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve user access and permission problems
  • Install software and upgrades on workstations
  • Perform system installations, operating system patching, and maintenance
  • Additional duties as assigned

Office Administrative Assistant Duties Include:

 

  • Assisting in office event planning
  • Creating and loading representative incentive cards
  • Weekly supply ordering
  • Daily supply restocking
  • Service scheduling (pest control, carpet cleaning, etc.)
  • Quarterly theme decorating
  • Overall office cleanliness
  • Point person for daily facility concerns

Qualifications:

 

  • Associate's degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience ideal but not required
  • Prior experience working in a call center environment is encouraged
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Friendly with outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment in decision making
