Job Description

Due to rapid growth and increased demand, AtScale is actively searching for information technology engineers. As an AtScale Engineer, you will work with a high performance team both at headquarters and in the field. You will support our company as we continue to grow our enterprise analytics platform and give feedback to our product and engineering team.  

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert in Identification Providers 
• Implement best practices for deploying and implementing the AtScale platform
• Work closely with our sales engineering team to deploy and conduct POCs using the AtScale platform
• Consult with AtScale customers and prospects on IdP best practices and deployment methodologies 
• Facilitate communication between customers, product management, engineering, customer success, and professional services
• Maintain high level knowledge of competitive product lines, especially as it relates to technical aspect of AtScale Intelligence Platform

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT related roles with deep expertise in Identification Provider and Authentication platforms
• Highly dependable, team player with high energy, positive attitude, and with great organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge and experience in Azure AD, Active Directory, OAUTH2, LDAP, SSO, Auth0, Azure AD Federation and Directory Services
• Experience working in GCP, Azure, and Amazon cloud services 
• BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
