What will you be doing?

 

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on role and requires an individual who is not afraid to take a challenge and turn it into an opportunity.  You will be responsible for elevating Argus’ brand and generating quality leads to contribute to our business in Asia. The key responsibility is to plan and execute effective online and offline marketing programmes via suitable marketing channels. 

 

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns aimed at achieving high levels of engagement and conversion.
  • Provide timely responses to requests for marketing campaigns, offering strategic insights to enhance their impact.
  • Continuously gather feedback from sales, business development, and editorial teams to refine campaigns and ensure high-quality output.
  • Oversee partnership programs with industry events to capitalize on opportunities for speaking engagements, brand visibility, and lead generation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with respected industry events and associations to expand market reach and stimulate demand.
  • Contribute to the development of territory-specific annual and semi-annual marketing plans to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.

 

What we’re looking for in you

 

You are an enthusiastic and proactive person keen to join our team in Singapore, which has a fantastic work culture.  Ideally, you will be able to tick most of these boxes:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing / business
  • At least 3 years of proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Be happy to roll up your sleeves and do what is required to support the team and successful outcomes for the business.
  • International/regional marketing experience is a plus.
  • Willing to learn the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, new tools and applications such as Marketo (marketing automation)
  • An interest in the energy and commodities industry is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication.

Travel

  • Cover conferences and events (5-10% of overseas travel is expected).

 

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.  

Earlier or later hours, or weekend hours, may be expected on occasion.
