Ardelyx was founded with a mission to discover, develop and commercialize innovative, first-in-class medicines that meet significant unmet medical needs. Purpose of the role:
 
As the Compliance Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory and legal compliance within our organization.  This position requires excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently and effectively to complete critical internal and external analyses and reports.
 
Position Responsibilites:
  • Reporting and Analyses: Generate insightful periodic reports and analysis to provide actionable insights to leadership from voluminous and varied data sources.  Extracts raw data from sources to provide a full analysis of relevant metrics.  
  • Price Transparency Reporting:  Oversee the preparation, timely submission, and tracking of all mission-critical transparency reports required under state laws and be the principal owner of all report deadlines and work streams. Become subject matter expert in applicable law.
  • Sunshine Act Reporting: Assist in fulfilling company’s Sunshine Act reporting obligations.
  • Monitoring & Investigations: Assist the compliance team in all monitoring and investigation matters. 
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from first-rate university with sterling academic credentials
  • Proven experience in bringing projects to completion independently and with little oversight
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in modeling and data analysis tools or ability to rapidly learn, and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe systems
Work Environment: 
 
Hybrid work-based position with expectation of in-office presence two to three days a week in Ardelyx’s Waltham location, with occasional travel to conference meetings.
 
The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $69,930 - $85,470. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
