Who we’re looking for:
ARC is looking for a Full-time Customer Service Representative with a strong background in printing to help us continue to provide the best employment experience for employees; and, continued excellent service for our customers. The Customer Service Rep works directly with the Sales and Operations teams by coordinating and processing orders for material or merchandise received by mail, e-mail, fax, telephone, or personally from customer or company employees, according to customers’ requirements.
- Greet customers and answer incoming phone lines.
- Receive incoming work orders.
- Process paperwork for production.
- Invoice completed jobs.
- QC work for accuracy.
- Keep work area clean and tidy.
- Assist with inventory and supplies.
- Assist production as needed.
- Positive attitude and GREAT customer service skill
- Experience with customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail of work
- Able to lift 35 lbs. occasionally
