Customer Support Coordinators are Arc Aspicio junior associates who support mission-critical projects and stakeholders in juvenile justice. They have a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of full-time professional work experience, preferably in performance measurement-related support, research, and/or problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. They work in a customer service-oriented team on challenging projects and have the ability to learn quickly and collaborate. 

Hybrid Work Environment: Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment with employees at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and, as approved, remotely. Candidates must live in the Washington, DC area on their start date.

Responsibilities:   

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all performance measurement related support
  • Provide exceptional customer service and performance related support
  • Problem-solve, performance basic research, and escalate issues when needed
  • Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
  • Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
  • Apply excellent consulting, research, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
  • Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop 

Required Qualifications:  

  • 1 year of relevant experience in help desk support services
  • Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
  • Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
  • Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
  • Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Critical Skills: Strong work ethic, outstanding written and oral communication, collaboration excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented,

The projected salary range for this position is $58,0000 to $72,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
