Client Partnership Lead

AND Digital (a Top 100 Small Companies to work for), is doubling year on year and it is up to the Client Partnership Team to bring in new and exciting clients to partner with. AND Digital is a great company to be a part of. We are growing significantly and building some market leading and globally recognised websites and apps that drive our clients businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of that and further develop your skills in digital and business development.

The Partnership Team needs to continue to attract and bring in new clients outside of our current relationships and network to fuel this fast paced growth. A key route for this is through building Business Development partnerships with organisations that have complementary but not competitive services to share introductions and go to market together.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the buzz of business development, building relationships and thrives on challenge within a small team. This role is a key part of the very engine that drives our growth and as such is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for any driven and effective Business Development Leader. You will have the opportunity to own this largest single business development channel for AND Digital.

Your day-to-day

The main focus of your time will be identifying potential partner organisations (typically providing complementary people and technology services), getting to know their businesses, explaining who we are and generating a pipeline of mutual introductions and go-to-market proposals. This will encompass a variety of skills:

        • Understand tech and professional services landscape - Bring a wider business and technology perspective to spot great partners and opportunities to drive each other’s business growth
        • Build great relationships - Really get to know and understand partner organisations, their CEOs and leaders and embed yourself in their business development approach
        • Business Development mindset - the overall goal of our BD partnerships is to drive growth and win new clients together and for each other. A BD mindset and focus is fundamental to that
        • Act as part of a small but highly focussed team - Bring in the best opportunities for AND and the partners within our dynamic and focussed Client partnership team

You will be measured with a clear focus on the number of new clients or value of new business that comes through our partnerships not on metrics such as meetings booked or leads generated. We need to bring in the right clients. We also look for a long term sustainable, “win-win” partnership with our clients from FTSE 100 to startups alike.


Your Background

  • Business Development experience in Consulting or technology professional services in favour of product based organisations
  • Relationship Management skills - very strong at building genuine relationships quickly
  • Working knowledge across two or more of the following - Digital, Business Strategy, Marketing, Technology, Agile, Change Management and Business Transformation
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and being part of a small, dynamic team, able to work autonomously but also an effective team player
  • People and long term relationship minded
