We are looking for a People and Talent Development Coordinator to manage a portfolio of initiatives to support the growth of our people at AND Digital.

The role will be based in our Covent Garden office, and the successful candidate will work across our other London locations for events and meetings with occasional travel to Manchester if and when required.


What is a People and Talent Development Coordinator?

The person in this role will be responsible for several initiatives that support the growth of our people at AND Digital.  They will have a wide remit and the opportunity to build relationships with a number of senior stakeholders across the business.  The role will report to the Chief of Talent Experience and will be a key part of the new Talent Experience function.


What will I be doing?

As the People and Talent Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Running our Transfer & Transition process to support our people moving to new roles across the business.  This includes permanent transitions and secondments and will require liaising between a number of senior stakeholders to achieve a smooth transition
  • Taking ownership of our “Skills Mosaic” (competency framework) for our client facing ANDis. Being a Product Owner for the application skills Mosaic sits on and ensuring it is being used consistently across the business to support career development
  • Managing the end-to-end visa application process in accordance with our policies
  • Setting up and running an Apprenticeship programme to enable us to become an apprentice employer and working with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure the success of each Apprenticeship
  • Creating and running our Alumni network, in collaboration with our marketing team and People Operations Leads
  • Analysing company-wide people data and being able to present it in an impactful and creative way to various stakeholders and audiences.

Your Background

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in Talent Development or HR/People Operations roles in a fast-paced environment, using their initiative and building relationships to achieve their objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for people and their professional journey at AND Digital
  • An understanding of visa processes and the government’s Apprenticeships scheme
  • Strong data analysis skills including use of Excel/Google sheets to report on people data in meaningful ways
  • Experience in talent management, HR or learning and development functions
  • Experience working in Professional Services and/or a Technology related industry is desirable
