Do you love to research, plan and coordinate L&D activities, events and programmes? Are you talented in organising activities, juggling multiple priorities and passionate about coordinating remarkable Learning Events that stand out!

We are looking for an L&D Coordinator to work within our L&D function - our ‘Academy’ - to be part of our London team.

Reporting to the Academy Lead, the ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous experience in working within an L&D team coordinating, planning and delivering internal and external activities and events. The ideal candidate will also be very business savvy and feel comfortable in dealing with frequently changing requirements.

  • A keen interest or experience in learning and development
  • A keen interest or experience in event planning both internal & external
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with e-learning content development and design (desirable but not essential)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, coordinating and running all internal learning events - workshops, communities, online learning, lunch & learns and meet-ups
  • Working with our Club Execs and People Ops leads to ensure our workshops meet their needs and have high attendance
  • Maintaining the Academy catalogue updating frequently with new content/online learning options
  • Coming up with new ideas for the learning events our people want and need
  • Responsible for our trainer pool – working with our Coaches and the Academy Lead to understand who we need to run our workshops and events
  • Liaise and build relationships with external trainers
  • Identifying and building internal communities across clubs in topics that provide business benefit and upskill our people
  • Being data driven with the quality and consistency of our learning events to ensure we excel in everything we do
  • Responsible for internal communications and publicising events, creating a ‘buzz’
  • Building our Academy social media presence
  • Building our Academy recognition externally through blogs, learning awards, conferences etc
  • Planning big, exciting and innovative Learning Event each quarter - e.g. company wide learning event, partnering with ‘London Tech Week’, making a big impact in ‘Learning at Work Week’ and involving external gurus and clients in as much of this as possible
