About the role:

As our Client Care Coordinator you will part of the team at our Kapiti clinic, making a real difference in the lives of those with hearing loss.  This is a varied role working closely with our clinicians, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the scheduling of our clinician's time - to ensure optimum productivity, general administration, and customer service including basic hearing aid repairs, invoicing, and onsite hearing screening. In some instances you may be required to support both our Levin and Kapiti clinics.   

This position is working ONE full day per week (8.30am - 5.00pm) and TWO four hour days, with the potential to work extra hours when required.
