We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the calendar capacity of the Amplifon stores
  • Continuous report of the relevant KPIs (e.g. capacity, lead times, appointment mix)
  • Design and development of a monitoring system to support the operative business
  • Creation of a common understanding of calendar management
  • Derivation of recommendations for actions and guidelines for an optimal structure of the calendars of Amplifon stores
  • Initiation of innovative projects for the optimization of calender management / staff planning and their processes
  • Derivation of measures to increase store productivity
  • Development of a system for the efficient use of “regional jumpers”
  • Regular exchange with the sales department, as well as joint implementation of measures within the scope of calender management and personnel planning
  • Strong collaboration with the parent company in Milan and participation in international projects

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Economics, Engineering, or Statistics
  • Strong inclination to data analysis combined with attention to business impacts
  • Project manager experience especially in Marketing or Sales areas, preferable in international contexts
  • Ability to delve into deeper details without losing sight of the big picture
  • Excellent knowledge of Office365, especially in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas)
  • Practical experience with Power B.I. is an advantage
  • You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus
