AM Conservation Group: Since 1989, AM Conservation has been the utility industry’s leading provider of energy and water saving products, kits and online stores. We manufacture and distribute nearly 400 energy efficiency and water conservation products, which are custom engineered for the unique needs of the industry and carry ENERGY STAR® and WaterSense® certifications. AM Conservation Group’s product lines include the Niagara Conservation and Simply Conserve product lines.

  • Manage kitting process from sales request to creation to fulfillment
  • Manage custom artwork, procurement, literature, work orders, transfer orders and sales orders
  • Manage and coordinate direct to homeowner and school education kit programs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure energy and water efficiency kits are designed per the customer’s expectations, produced in a timely manner, and delivered on time
  • Process new kit requests from the sales team. Follow kit set-up SOPs, development of BoMs, order processing and tracking
  • Ensure BoMs are maintained to capture accurate costs (labor, material, product, misc. fees)
  • Coordinate artwork approvals between printers and the customer
  • Enter and track POs for kit components (custom box, literature and labels)
  • Coordinate the delivery and receipt of customer supplied kit components
  • Coordinate outsourced imprinted orders for products and imprinted kit supplies
  • Work with operations to ensure kits are produced to meet customer requested in-hand dates
  • Work closely with purchasing to ensure proper kitting material inventory levels
  • Set-up, manage and coordinate ongoing school and direct to homeowner kit programs
  • Manage customer communication and program reporting in customer’s portals
  • Assist with program kit forecasting, component requirements, and prebuild scheduling to ensure delivery schedules are met

Position Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma

Work Experience

  • 1-3 Years minimum experience in an operation or purchasing administration role
  • Experience in working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Project or program management experience preferred

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects and recognize priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with vendors, customers and employees
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems

Licenses & Certifications

  • Valid driver’s license

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 5%.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Required to sit, stand, walk; talk and hear; and ability to touch and handle tools and/or controls
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Noise Level is typically moderate
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot in the summer, cold in the winter)
  • Employee could be exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles and risk of potential shock
